Minor girl raped, murdered in Pakistan

A seven-year-old girl was raped and murdered in Pakistan's Lahore city Saturday.

According to police, the incident occurred in Lahore's Ferozewala area. Her body was dumped in an empty plot, reported Dawn online.

Last year, a five-year-old girl in Lahore was repeatedly raped for hours before being thrown outside Sir Ganga Ram Hospital.

The incident shocked the nation and was widely condemned.
