Omar Abdullah quits

Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah Wednesday submitted his resignation to Governor N.N. Vohra, an official statement said.

He met the governor at Raj Bhavan here and put in his papers. The governor told him to continue in office till alternate arrangements are made.
