One killed in gas cylinder explosion in bus

A passenger was killed and nine others were injured on Thursday when a gas cylinder exploded inside a bus on the Srinagar-Jammu highway in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district.

A police spokesman said the passenger who died was returning from Srinagar to Jammu when the explosion took place at Veesu near Qazigund. The injured passengers were shifted to a hospital.
