Phelps wins third gold in US winter swimming

American legend Michael Phelps won the 200 metres butterfly, the third victory in three days in the US Winter Swimming Championships at the King Aquatic Center.
The 30-year-old, leading easily at each turn, on Saturday finished in one minute 56.11 seconds, which is not as fast as the world record of 1:51.51 minute set by himself in Roma in 2009. Chase Kalisz was second at 1:57.19, reports Xinhua.
Phelps won the 100m butterfly on Friday and 200m individual medley on Thursday.
The 18-time Olympic champion is preparing for his fifth Olympics next year in Rio de Janeiro.
