Home Minister Rajnath Singh Tuesday expressed satisfaction after BJP president Amit Shah was given a clean chit in an alleged staged shootout case.
"Extremely pleased to know that the BJP national president Shri Amit Shah has been given a clean chit by the special CBI court," he twitted.
Shah was discharged by a special CBI court in the alleged staged shootout case related to Sohrabuddin Sheikh, his wife Kausar Bi and Tulsiram Prajapati.
The killings took place in 2005 and 2006 when Shah was the Gujarat home minister.
