Three arrested over gang rape in Delhi

Three men were arrested after a woman complained that she was raped in a car here Wednesday night, police said Thursday.

Jitender, Jai Bhagwan and Ajay, all residents of Nangal Dewat in south Delhi area, were arrested Thursday morning, police said.

The victim, a 25-year-old woman told police that one of the accused was known to her. He along with two of his friends sexually assaulted her in a car in an isolated area of south Delhi's Vasant Kunj.

A case of gang rape has been registered against the three accused.
