Two people were killed on Sunday when their car plunged into a deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, police said.
"A car went out of the driver's control at Ujhan Chatyar village of Rajouri and plunged into a deep gorge. Both occupants of the ill-fated vehicle died on the spot," police said.
The hilly districts of Jammu region including Doda, Kishtwar, Rajouri and Poonch are infamous for road accidents because of difficult terrain.
