US Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was hospitalized on Thursday after fracturing three ribs during a fall in her office, the court said.
Ginsburg, 85, was admitted to George Washington University Hospital early on Thursday morning for observation and treatment after the fall on Wednesday night, CNN reported.
A statement from the court said that Ginsburg went to the hospital after "experiencing discomfort overnight".
Tests showed that she fractured three ribs on her left side, the statement said.
