Letters: Indian Punters' League

What is the government doing about IPL? This is a body that has brought disgrace to cricket, and the government is allowing the same team of people who were present when Modi was in charge to now preside over its cleaning up. This is strange. After Ramalinga Raju made a mess at Satyam, the government appointed a three-member board to clean up the IT major and then sell it off. Unlike Satyam, BCCI-IPL cannot be sold off, but surely a clean-up can take place only under a new management.
