Mood swing

The lunch hosted by Sushma Swaraj saw many current and ex-journalists in attendance. One group was seen discussing the progress of various new projects launched by the Narendra Modi government. A senior media hand, who has worked as a journalist, then as a communication consultant, and now runs his own outfit, said the government would better be called the "Moody government" instead of the Modi government because it seemed to allocate resources to these projects depending on its mood rather than on expedience.
