At a business summit organised by a financial daily in Delhi recently, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu spoke at length on how the Indian Railways planned to push "Make in India". But he stopped abruptly at one point. "I am not going to tell you everything now, otherwise my Budget speech won't be covered," he said, looking pointedly at the representatives of the media house that had organised the summit.
