Jung calls on PM; conveys best wishes

Delhi's Lt Governor Najeeb Jung called on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and conveyed his best wishes.

Jung met the Prime Minister at South Block yesterday evening.

"It was a courtesy meeting and Jung conveyed his best wishes to the Prime Minister," a government release said.

Modi also took a round of the Prime Minister's Office this morning.

The Prime Minister enquired about the functioning of the sections and the facilities available for the functioning of the staff, the government said in a separate release.
