New Range of Superheroes set to take over Disney XD with Live Action Series - 'Beetleborgs' on March 19

Disney XD, the quintessential action and adventure destination brings to you a new ‘live-action’ series with a whole new generation of super heroes on Monday, March 19, 2012 at 6:30 p.m.

Set in the fictional town of Charterville, three kids, Drew, Jo and Roland, enter a haunted mansion after accepting a dare from rich snobs. The house is revealed to be the home of real monsters when the kids accidentally bump a pipe organ; they release a phantasm named Flabber. He proves to be friendly, and in return for releasing him, offers to grant them one wish. Their wish: to be their favorite superheroes - the Beetleborgs! But in doing so, Flabber accidentally released the Beetleborgs' enemies, the evil Magnavores, from the comic books as well.

Armed with fantastic powers and awesome vehicles, now the kids, as the Beetleborgs -- aided by a friendly neighborhood phasm - Flabber must defend their city from the Magnavores, which include Noxic, Jara, Typhus and their boss, Vexor, as they release evil creatures also out of any issue of the comics.

Tune into Disney XD on March 19, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. to see whether these three young newly-tapped superheroes can save the world from the forces of darkness in an ongoing battle of good against evil. The action never stops on Disney XD.
