College student molested in Kolkata

The students blocked the A P C Road to protest the molestation which took place when the student of Rajabazar Science College was alighting from a bus near Sealdah.

The protestors were persuaded by the police to lift the blockade.

The college filed a complaint on the molestation with the police.

"A case has been registered. We have started the investigation. But the main problem is that the victim is not ready to come to the police. We need a version from her for the progress of the case," Joint Commissioner of Police (HQ), Javed Shamim told reporters.
