One woman was killed, while five others were seriously injured in a head-on collision between an auto-rickshaw and truck in Araria district of Bihar late last night.
Police officials said the incident happened on Raniganj-Forbesganj state highway near Dumaria village under Raniganj police station in the district.
Raniganj Station House Officer (SHO) Rajiv Kumar said the deceased has been identified as one Barkha Devi (40), an ASHA worker and a resident of Majhua village.
"The injured have been admitted to the local hospital, while the body has been sent for post-mortem.
