1 minor girl dead, 3 feared drowned in Ramganga river in UP

A minor girl died while three others were feared dead after they allegedly drowned in Ramganga river here, police said today.

The girls, identified as Kiran (13), Suman (12), Neelam (12) and Kanchan (8) had gone on the banks of the river when they accidentally fell in the river and drowned, police said.

While the body of one of them has been fished out, efforts were on to trace the others, police said, adding that all the victims are cousins.
