: Two persons were killed and five injured in a collission between two vans at Dharmathupatti, about 35 km from here, police said.
One of the vans, carrying 27 persons was proceeding from Dharmathupaati to Papankudi when it collided with the other van, killing two persons on the spot
The other van was coming from coimbatore to Madurai, police said.
The injured, including the drivers of both vans, have been hospitalised.
