20 pistols seized from bike

In a crackdown, 20 automatic

pistols have been recovered from a motorcycle in Bihar's Munger district, a police officer said.

Acting on a tip off, the police intercepted a bike in Bardah-Mushari village last night and seized 20 indigenously made automatic pistols as the biker managed to escape, Mufassil police station's Officer In-Charge Anil Kumar said.

The haul of weapons were purchased by the unidentified man from a local manufacturer possibly for supply to clients outside, he said.
