200 kg ganja seized in Andhra Pradesh

At least 200 kg ganja was today seized from an abandoned vehicle at Boddavara mandal in the district, police said.

Some unidentified persons had parked the vehicle in front of Girijan Corporation gate in S Kota village.

Acting on a tip-off, police seized the contraband - 100 packets - each weighing around 2 kg, he said

A case is yet to be registered in this connection and investigations are underway, the officer said.
