38 judicial officers shifted in major reshuffle by High Court

In a major reshuffle, as many as 38 judicial officers, including nine of the rank of District and Sessions Judges, were shifted today.

D K Sharma, District and Session Judge, Kangra and S L Sharma, District and Session Judge, Solan have swapped places.

Virender Singh, Member, HP State Legal Services Authority will be District and Sessions Judge, Shimla while services of S K Kainthala, District and Sessions Judge, Mandi have been placed at the disposal of the state government as Presiding Officer Labour Court/Industrial Tribunal at Dharamsala.

Kainthala will be replacing J K Sharma who will take charge as District and Sessions Judge, Sirmaur in place of Baldev Singh, who has been sent to Mandi in the same capacity.
 

Purendra Vaidya, District and Sessions Judge, Kullu and Virender Sharma, District and Session Judge, Kinnaur (at Rampur) have also swapped places.
