42 persons arrested for violence in Nawada

Of the 64 persons booked for indulging in arson, violence and attack on policemen during the protest, 42 were arrested and sent to jail, superintendent of police Lalan Mohan Sharma said.

The police had lodged FIR against 2000 unidentified persons too in connection with violent protest in Nawada town, he said.
