45 of marriage party injured as bus turns turtle in J-K

Around 45 people were today injured, two of them seriously, when a bus carrying a marriage party turned turtle in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district.

"The bus full of Baratis was on its way to Thandi Kassi from Saranu village when it turned turtle near Jamola bridge in Rajouri," a police officer said.

He said that 45 Baratis were injured in the mishap, two of them seriously.

"The seriously injured persons have been shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for specialised treatment, whereas others are admitted to Rajouri District Hospital," he said.
