6 killed, 4 injured as jeep collides with tractor-trolley

Six persons were killed and four others injured when the jeep carrying them collided with a tractor-trolley near Bhikhampur village this evening.

Locals as well as police rushed to the spot and took the victims to the district hospital, officials said.

Confirming that six persons were killed in the incident, District Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar Jha said, "The injured are undergoing treatment."

"The identity of the deceased and the injured are being ascertained," he said.
