According to police, the landlord unleashed his dogs on some children who entered his fields cultivated with onions in Jatoi area of Muzaffarghar, 400-km from Lahore, about two weeks ago.

Six-year-old Zubaida fell while running and was attacked by a dog. She was rescued by some local residents, who took her to a nearby health centre.

Zubaida was later shifted to Nishter Hospital in Multan, where doctors said she would have to undergo plastic surgery.
