Seven people have been killed and five others injured when a bus collided with a truck in eastern China's Jiangxi province, officials said today.
A long-distance bus carrying 27 passengers collided with a truck at about 8:10 PM last night on a highway near Xiajiang County, highway police said.
Seven people died while five others were injured officials said.
Police sources said the accident may have been caused by mishandling of the vehicles.
An investigation into the accident has been ordered.
