The case was lodged against 20 officials, including then chairman of municipality board Rukamani Nager, Sub Division Magistrate (SDM) Bhawani Singh and Executive Officer Mangilal, Additional SP (Bundi) Jassa Ram said.
A complaint was lodged at ACB, Bundi on July 18 in a case of illegal construction of Vinayak nagar colony in Nainwa town on government land, the SP said.
The then municipality officials allegedly illegally sold the government land to a property dealer Satayanarayan Kumawat of Medtha city, he said.
Twenty officials of Nainwa municipality board, including SDM Singh, municipality chairman Nager, EO Mangilal and Kamles Kumar, revenue official Mahaveer Prasad and others were booked under various sections of the IPC, he said.
The officials have not yet been arrested but investigation is on in the matter, Ram said.
