AK Singhal assumes charge as new EO of TTD

Anil Kumar Singhal, IAS today took charge as the new Executive Officer (EO) of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), which governs the world famous Lord Venkateswara temple at Tirumala here.

Singhal who is the 25th TTD EO had worked as Resident Commissioner in Andhra Pradesh Bhavan in New Delhi.

He would be at the helm of the cash rich temple for two years, temple sources said.

Outgoing EO D Sambasiva Rao has been promoted and posted as Revenue Special Chief Secretary in the capital of Amaravati, they added.
