APAI launches membership cards

Air travellers' body Air Passengers' Association of India (APAI) today launched a membership card called "Flysecure" which will offer various insurance covers, including for accidents and travel delay.

The membership cards are priced between Rs 1,500-5,000 and would be valid for unlimited flights in a year.

In a release, APAI said it has tied-up with insurance company TATA-AIG and US-based company 'Refundme' for the cards.
