Samajwadi Party supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav created much mirth in Lok Sabha today when he spoke on the progress made by Uttar Pradesh under his party's rule when the debate was on the Disabilities bill.
Despite repeated albeit gentle reminders from Speaker Sumitra Mahajan that the House was debating the 'The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Bill, 2016, Yadav, who occupied front benches in the opposition side, continued on development achieved by the Akhilesh Yadav government.
He continued speaking despite the Chair called a TDP member to have his say.
