Bahuguna gives land ownership rights

People in Sitarganj, who are mostly Bangaldeshi settlers, were given land on lease decades ago. But before the July 9 bye-election, Bahuguna had promised that all the people would get the ownership rights in Sitarganj for which the government issued the necessary order.
