Bajrang Dal to protest release of movie Padmavati in Rajasthan

Bajrang Dal will protest the release of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's controversial film 'Padmavati' in Rajasthan, a senior functionary of the right-wing organisation said.

The decision to hold the protest on the films release was taken at a meeting here today, the Dal's state coordinator Ashok Singh said.

"Rani Padmavati's depiction in the film is an insult to the Rajput community and the protest against the film will take place across the state," he said.
