The opposition National Conference (NC) said today that the Jammu and Kashmir government should be "innovative and receptive" to the latest trends of job market to meet the growing challenge of unemployment in the state.
NC provincial president Devender Singh Rana said at a function here that tackling the twin challenges of generating employment and ensuring employability alone could steer Jammu and Kashmir out of the burgeoning problem of unemployment.
"The government has to be innovative and receptive to the latest trends of job market and design programmes accordingly to offset the challenge of unemployment in the state," he said.
