Shares of power equipment maker BHEL today went down by nearly 2 per cent, falling below Rs 100 mark in intra-day trade.
The stock ended with a loss of 1.83 per cent at Rs 101.90 on BSE. During the day, it dipped 4.86 per cent to Rs 98.75 -- its 52-week low.
At NSE, shares of the company went down by 1.88 per cent to close at Rs 101.75.

Since the company announced its December quarter results on February 11, the stock has lost over 15 per cent.
State-run BHEL has reported standalone net loss of Rs 1,101.99 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015 due to higher expenses and lower revenues.
The company had reported a net profit of Rs 212.60 crore in the year-ago period.
Meanwhile, in the broader market, the Sensex ended 59.93 points up at 23,709.15.
