Bhuvnesh Kulshrestha appointed PS to MoS Panchayati Raj

Indian Revenue Service officer Bhuvnesh Kulshrestha was today appointed as Private Secretary to Minister of State for Panchayati Raj Nihal Chand.

Kulshrestha, a 1994 batch Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) officer, has been appointed for five years or on co-terminus basis with the minister's tenure, an order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training said.
