Bihar house pays tributes to Om Puri
The Bihar Legislative Council today condoled the death of veteran actor Om Puri and those killed in the tragic boat mishap in Patna on January 14 last among others.
Besides, members also paid respect to Kishori Sinha, wife of former Chief Minister Satyendra Narayan Sinha and legislators who passed away recently.
Council Chairman Awdesh Narayan Singh made the obituary reference of the departed soul after which members stood in silence for a minute in their respect.
Former Chief Minister Rabri Devi and leader of opposition Sushil Kumar Modi were present in the house to pay respect to departed souls.
