Blast kills 3 soldiers in NW Pakistan

At least three soldiers were killed and six others injured when a remote-controlled bomb targeting a military vehicle exploded in the restive tribal region in northwest Pakistan today.

The vehicle was targeted with the roadside bomb in Dattakhel area of North Waziristan agency killing three soldiers and wounding six others.

Security forces rushed to the blast site and shifted the dead and injured to hospital. Search operations in the area have also started.
