Boeing sets up Boeing Defence India in supply play

Boeing today announced establishment of Boeing Defence India (BDI), a local operating entity, that will support the company's future growth objectives in the country in services and support, sales and marketing, sourcing, manufacturing and engineering.

With BDI, Boeing will expand its engagement with the Ministry of Defence to deliver capability and readiness to India's military customers and develop a competitive supplier base in country that is integrated into Boeing's global supply chain.
