Boy found dead in pond

The body of a five and a half year

old boy who had been missing since May 8, was today found in a pond in the premises of a locked house at Sapuka village near Deedwayan in Nagaur district, police said.

The deceased has been identified as Rahul. The boy who was visiting his maternal house with his mother from Sigwara village, had disappeared on the morning of May 8, they said.

An FIR was lodged with the Deedwana police station on the day, the boy went missing, they added.
