Brexit camp ahead at 51 per cent in EU referendum poll average

Backing for Brexit overtook support for Britain remaining in the European Union for the first time in nearly a month today after two polls put the "Leave" camp ahead.

The WhatUKThinks website's poll of polls now puts "Leave" at 51 per cent against "Remain" at 49 per cent, excluding undecided voters ahead of the June 23 referendum on Britain's EU membership.
