Cattle endemic to anthrax to be vaccinated

: Districts where cattle have now been identified to be endemic for anthrax, black quarter and haemorrhagic septicaemia, will be vaccinated, officials said

In the current fiscal, 19 districts had been identified and cattle,sheep and goats would be vaccinated.

In Tuticorin and villipuram districts, 43,000 sheep would be vaccinated for sheep fox, they said.
