Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals today reported 21 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit at Rs 294.61 crore for the last fiscal on higher sales.
Its net profit stood at Rs 244.12 crore in the previous fiscal, the company said in a filing to the BSE.
Chambal Fertiliser's income from operation also grew to Rs 9,737.74 crore during 2014-15 fiscal from Rs 8,910.57 crore in the previous year.

Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd is one of the largest private sector fertilizer producers in the country. It was promoted by Zuari Industries Ltd in the year 1985.
Its two use state-of-the-art nitrogenous fertiliser (urea) plants are located at Gadepan in Kota district of Rajasthan. The two plants have a combined capacity to produce about 2 million tonnes of urea per annum.
