Board of Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 06 February 2015

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals announced that the following :

1. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 06 February 2015 has appointed Aditya Narayan, as an Additional Director of the Company in the category of Independent Director with effect from 01 April 2015,

2. Dipankar Basu, Independent Director has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from 03 February 2015.
