CID files FIR against FB user for inflammatory content

An FIR has filed against a person by the CID here for posting inflammatory content in his Facebook post, police said today.

The Criminal investigation department (CID) of Jammu and Kashmir Police has registered an FIR against Ramesh Khazanche for posting inflammatory, defamatory and malicious content on his Facebook social networking account, a senior police officer said.

"After lodging FIR and content has been blocked. Further action is being initiated", the officer said.

Khazanche, a Kashmiri is presently living in New Delhi.
