Cinnamon Capital buys 2.41 cr shares of Indiabulls Real Estate

Cinnamon Capital has bought 2.41 crore shares, worth over 5 per cent shareholding, of Indiabulls Real Estate from open market.

According to a regulatory filing, Cinnamon Capital has purchased 2,41,28,000 shares between April 24 and May 4 this year through open market transactions on BSE and NSE.

With the acquisition of these shares, Cinnamon Capital has 5.05 per cent stake in the company.

Mumbai-based Indiabulls Real Estate's share price today fell by 2.36 per cent on the BSE to settle at Rs 173.75 apiece.
