Complaint filed against JDS MP, Med Edu Minister S A Ramdas

A complaint was today filed in the Lokayutka Court against Medical Education Minister S A Ramdas, JDS MP from Mandya Cheluvarayaswamy, deceased minister V S Acharya and others alleging recruitment of doctors in Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences on fake experience certificates for pecuniary gain.

Judge N K Sudhindra Rao posted the private complaint filed by Raitha Sangha activist Boraiah to April 16 for further hearing.

Boraiah in his complaint alleged that during 2005-2008, about 18-20 doctors, all hailing from Mandya, were recruited on the basis of "fake experience certificates" accorded to them by the Adichunchunageri Mutt.
