In a letter addressed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu, Confederation of NCR Residents' Welfare Association today demanded to enforce the provisions of Real Estate Regulatory Bill.
Tejendra Pal Singh Tyagi (Retd Colonel), convenor of 'Conrwa', said that by enforcement of the Bill, crores of middle class families will fulfill their dreams of having a house of their own.
The Bill will also enhance the transparency of transactions and credibility of the real estate promoters amongst the investors and buyers, he said.
