Copper futures on Wednesday traded 0.24 per cent lower at Rs 436.55 per kg as speculators reduced their exposure on weak spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for January delivery fell by Rs 1.05, or 0.24 per cent, to Rs 436.55 per kg in a business turnover of 18 lots.
Similarly, copper contracts for February delivery traded lower by 85 paise, or 0.20 per cent, at Rs 432 per kg in a business turnover of 3,716 lots.
