Copra edible prices decline on sluggish demand

Copra edible prices declined in an otherwise steady spices market here today due to reduced offtake from stockists and retailers on the back of improved supplies.

Meanwhile, there was no trading in copra Alapuzha and copra Kozhikode due to closure of markets.

Copra edible Mumbai slipped by Rs 100 per quintal to Rs 6,700 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 6,800.
