Court orders personal appearance of Kaimur SP

Irked over non-compliance of its earlier orders to submit police diary in two theft cases, a Kaimur district court today ordered the personal appearance of its Superintendent of Police on June 8.

Chief Judicial Magistrate S K Singh issued the order for personal appearance of SP Harpreet Kaur on June 8.

The court order came in the wake of non-compliance of its earlier orders to produce the police diary in two cases of theft under Mohania police station.
