Criminal killed in encounter

Arshad was killed during an encounter with police when he, along with his three accomplices, was trying to escape after robbing a person on Shivji Marg, Superintendent of Police Aparnad Kumar said.

She said Arshad's three accomplices managed to flee from the spot.
